Everyone has healthy and unhealthy relationships with people in their lives. It may be time to reassess your connections or learn to appreciate others. You can't always chose who you have to spend time with but you can choose how you interact, respond and what boundaries you need to maintain.

Knowing what you want to change and being able to make the change are two very different things. After completing the unbox series, you will have identified areas of your life you want to make adjustments but you may have NO IDEA how!
