All my services are delivered online or over the telephone with or without video. It is completely up to you, how you would like your session delivered and makes no difference to the price you pay. Each session lasts 50 minutes.

What to expect

Free 30minute consultation call

You've probably googled lots of therapists by now, contacted a few but still not found the right one. Leaving you frustrated and considering giving up. This call will give you the opportunity to ask me any questions and I'll explain how my approach to therapy works.

It's really important you are comfortable with your therapist, you may feel ready to share personal experiences and thoughts you've never said out loud before or just want to sit in silence. No matter where you are, this call will help you decide whether I'm the therapist for you. If at the end of the call you don't think I'm the one, that's ok. I want you to find the person for you, that's why I will also let you know if I think another therapist would be better for you.

Your first session

It's all about getting to know each other. You may have wanted to start therapy for a specific reason or just sick of feeling how you feel.

Talking to a stranger can feel daunting at first, we go entirely at your pace. We only discuss what you want to talk about, I won't ask you lots of questions.

We'll complete a simple contract together including some formalities, confidentiality and safeguarding.

Hopefully at the end of the session, you will want to continue your journey with me however there is no pressure to book another session unless you want to.
