Q: When are products dispatched?

A: Your order will be processed and posted within 1-5 days of you placing the order. We aim to deliver any individual items within 10 business days. If you haven't received your order, please contact us quoting your order number at contactus@therapyunboxed.com. **Please note due to popular demand there is currently a 3-4 week delay in shipping for the Unbox your Emotions and I've got a Feeling... cards**

 

Q: What therapy theory is the Unbox your Emotions box based on?

A: The contents have a mixture of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy (PCT) and Neuroscience theory.

 

Q: Can I return my items?

A: We accept returns provided the products are unopened and in their original packaging. Please check out our return policy for more information. If you're still not sure please contact us as contactus@therapyunboxed.com.

 

Q: Do you provide discount for bulk orders or corporate contracts?
